Jesse Evavold, Consulting Recruiting Manager

Jesse joined the Wimmer Solutions community in 2004 as one of the first five members of the team. Jesse's background in project team recruiting and energetic personality made him an instant fit in Wimmer's work-hard/play-hard culture.

Wimmer's focus on people-before-process grants Jesse the flexibility to solve problems creatively, bringing his years of experience discerning people's talents and building teams to our clients' projects. This autonomy to innovate, rather than churn out cookie-cutter solutions, is what excites Jesse most about his role at Wimmer.

Something of a renaissance man, Jesse's interests change almost monthly; from dabbling in competitive barbecuing (have him tell you the story of how he learned to barbecue in the rain), to his current interests of cheese and tea, to classic cars.  Jesse prides himself in being the person in the office people come to when they need a restaurant recommendation… for lunch with a client, for a date with a new flame, or for a quick bite on the way home.
