Tim Rogers,

Tim started with Wimmer Solutions as a recruiter when the doors
first opened, back in 2002. After serving as our Recruiting
Manager for several years, Tim assumed the post of Program Manager
for ourWimmer Staffing 360 division in 2009. Tim's job is working
with clients such as Expedia, Microsoft, and Wizards of the Coast
to oversee the recruitment of staff for positions that come through
vendor management systems.
Tim's motivated by the work Wimmer has done in building a team
of tremendous people, and that's what excites him most about
getting up and coming to work in the morning. Wimmer, to Tim, is
about bringing the extraordinarily talented to work, and seeing to
it that they have a voice in helping shape Wimmer Solutions now,
and in the future.
Prior to his time at Wimmer, Tim had something of a storied
career. He was a fisherman in Alaska, a ski event planner in
Wyoming, and worked in Europe for several years setting up
basketball tournaments. Now settled at home in Seattle with a wife
and two kids, Tim brings this life of experience, and his enormous
energy, to Wimmer's team.
