Managing Directors

Wimmer Solutions' Managing Directors add another level of support to our consultants and project teams, and serve as onsite points of contact for our clients. Their broad experience in our projects' focal areas helps them provide leadership and guidance to clients and consultants alike.

J.D. Gaffney's background includes 18+ years of enterprise-wide experience implementing process improvement and information technology projects, focused on the analysis, development, and testing of business applications.  His proven ability to lead high performing teams has allowed him to successfully manage the implementation of new billing and enhanced directory assistance systems, and to ensure compliance for enterprise-wide Sarbanes Oxley initiatives.  Prior to joining Wimmer Solutions, JD was a Senior Consultant with Rapidigm, and a Director at Vodafone-AirTouch (now Verizon Wireless), running a PMO for critical company initiatives.

Zach Hopkins has been delivering large scale enterprise application and system integration projects and providing IT project leadership for 18+ years.  His expertise includes strategic business planning, system evaluation, selection and implementation, requirements gathering and staff development.  Prior to joining Wimmer Solutions, Zach was a Director at United Healthcare and a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche and Price Waterhouse Coopers, with an extensive background in business process improvement and technology enablement. 

Tami Martin has 20+ years' experience providing business and technical project leadership, with a proven track record to develop tailored project frameworks for the successful execution on any engagement.   Her expertise includes strategic and tactical planning, change management,  PMO organization development, executive communications, business management and staff development.  Prior to joining Wimmer Solutions in 2006, Tami was a Group Program Manager at Microsoft Corporation with an extensive background in customer- and partner-facing web sites, transactional tools, content management systems, and customer scenario development.
