PMO

We're experts at recruiting experts and we build winning teams.

Wimmer Solutions' time-tested Project Management Office (PMO) is a put-the-key-in-and-go project management team:

Simply describe your outcome, and our dedicated experts will work with you to build and deploy a project team equipped to create, package, and deliver the complete solution: on-time, on-budget, and on-spec.

Project Management Office (PMO) Solutions

With a strong project management leader overseeing teams of specialists with broad competencies focused around areas such as business process development, dashboard development, change management, kick-off planning, internal and external communications, and presentation and portal design, Wimmer's PMO teams function as plug-and-play units, custom built for your specific project needs.

Our flexible model allows us to load-balance our teams for efficiency, and bring in extra muscle precisely when and where your project needs it, without any waste or the added burden of full-time employees who will need to be repositioned or right-sized when the project is complete.

This allows your organization to focus on high-level outcomes rather than on sweating the details.

Wimmer Solutions' PMO service offerings bring the power and renown of Wimmer's expert project managers, and the spark of Wimmer's creative and skilled business and technology specialists to bear for your organization's key initiatives.

Case in Point:

Wimmer Solutions was engaged in the integration effort of two major global technology companies to work collaboratively with both companies' global teams to develop and deploy a joint online advertising platform. Wimmer teams were responsible for developing the project management framework and online portal tools that supported the roll-out of this platform across 39 markets over three years, as well as internal communications and presentations to support the program with senior leadership for both firms. This included the development of a project "brand" which was successfully deployed across a SharePoint portal, PowerPoint presentations, internal email blasts, and other internal documentation.
