Our Name

When I started Wimmer Solutions, I knew I had to name the company, but I wanted the name to stand for something bigger than myself. I wanted it to be known as a place that put others first, delivered results, and made the world a better place.

To capture that spirit, I named it after my grandfather, Llewellyn Wimmer.

Llewellyn “Bud” Wimmer was born in 1911 in New York City. He was a tireless worker, and the principles he lived by became the bedrock of Wimmer Solutions.

Nearly 20 years later, we’re still living those principles, and still striving to find new and better ways to serve our clients, employees and community. Every day is a new opportunity to do good work in the world.
