Wimmer’s assigned planning and program manager worked to ensure that EPG’s existing vendor SharePoint portal was operating effectively and that all content was up-to-date, including site areas dedicated to key contacts; deliverables and milestones; risks and issues related to ongoing EPG projects; as well as that linkages were correct and functional between the business group’s Growth and Productivity Framework site and Segment Alignment Workshop site.

Wimmer resources were responsible for the general site administration to keep the content current and the architecture optimal for its user base, as well as project management to provide risk and issue management, status reporting, schedule creation, and maintenance. By serving as a representative for EPG’s planning manager in vendor team meetings, our resources communicated leadership direction as to defining global strategies that enabled implementation across 13 global areas.
