In his role as Director of AI & Venture Ecosystems within the Strategic Programs and Communities team at Microsoft’s Office of the CTO, Taylor designs and leads cross-company initiatives that integrate innovation, product development, and community engagement to foster the next generation of groundbreaking technologies.

Charles Davis is an award-winning data scientist, AI researcher, and technology leader with extensive experience developing and deploying AI-driven solutions for public health, decision analytics, and behavioral modeling. He is the founder of FutureHelix, an AI safety and compliance certification company providing third-party verification for AI models and professional certification for AI governance professionals, and serves as Principal Data Scientist at DigitalHelix, an AI consultancy. With deep expertise in machine learning, predictive analytics, and ethical AI, Davis focuses on bridging the gap between AI innovation and responsible deployment.
