Wimmer Solutions Adds Jeff Bamman to Executive Team as Chief Financial Officer

SEATTLE – By tapping the best technology talent in the business, giving them the support they need to continue to be successful, and fostering a truly legendary culture, Wimmer Solutions has grown its team to 350 strong and announces the addition of Jeff Bamman as chief financial officer.

The Seattle-based consulting, staffing, and managed services company developed the new CFO position to ensure stability, consistency and strength throughout and beyond Wimmer’s organic growth. The company is experiencing the greatest growth potential in its 13-year history, characterized by the enhancement of Managed Services, the recent opening of a new office in Reno, Nev., and further planned geographic expansion. Bamman’s role will also include support of Wimmer’s focus on Employee Engagement, which has contributed to this growth.

Most recently, he served as a managing partner and was a founding member of Kelly, Bamman & Partners, LLC., a consulting and business catalyst group, where he was responsible for M&A analysis, financial due diligence, budgetary modeling, and outsource financial management for multiple engagements. There, he helped to raise $80 Million in private equity capital to fund several successful ventures in a variety of industries.

Bamman was previously the vice president of global support services at F5 Networks, where he was responsible for the financial and operational management of F5's Global Customer Support Structure. Under his leadership of five service groups, the company’s service revenues quadrupled and operating margins increased by 12 percent.

Before joining F5, Bamman was the director of contract consulting services at Excell Data, leading the sales, recruiting, and resource management teams in doubling consulting revenues during an 18 month period. At Digital Equipment Corporation, Jeff managed the Program Management Office and the Consulting Services Group for the Western Region, and grew revenue five-fold in only three years, winning two awards for quality delivery. In an earlier life, he was a CPA in California.

Bamman earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Illinois’ Augustana College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, and a Finance MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. Outside of the office, he enjoys Seattle’s eclectic cuisine and is an avid adventurer who loves exploring the many natural splendors of the Pacific Northwest, having successfully completed technical climbs of Mount Rainier, Mt. Baker, the Grand Teton, Long’s Peak, and the Grand Canyon.
